AIR Communities Acquires Bethesda Multifamily
AIR Communities has acquired Flats 8300, an apartment community in the heart of Bethesda, MD. Deed records list the purchase price at $129,823,000. The 10-story luxury multifamily featuring 359 units and a 50,000-square-foot Harris Teeter was completed in 2016. The property offers a rooftop deck with a pool, fitness center, and coworking spaces. In a statement, Josh Minix, AIR's Chief Investment Officer stated "This acquisition reflects our strategic growth and the unique benefits of our AIR Edge. Flats 8300's ideal location and value potential make it an excellent addition to our growing D.C. portfolio."
