Akelius has purchased The Edition in Hyattsville for $103M. The new construction multifamily building features 351 units completed along with a host of amenities including a 2 story fitness center, pool, outdoor gaming area, club room, and dog park. Current rents are ranging from just under $1600 per month for studios though over $3000 for 3 bedrooms.
