Alexandria City Council Approves $10.5M Loan for Arlandria Affordable Housing Project

The Alexandria City Council has approved a $10.5 million loan for the development and construction of Phase I of Alexandria Housing Development Corporation's Arlandria project along West Glebe Road & Mount Vernon Avenue. The multi-phase development will include a total of 475 affordable units with site work and garage construction expected to start in Q3 2023.
