Apartment Community Planned on Main Street in Sarasota
Developer Belpointe REIT is planning a 10-story apartment development that will offer 226 residential units along with 5,575 square feet of retail space. The community will be spread across three parcels in the 1700 block of Main Street in Sarasota and will include 25 affordable housing units. The horseshoe-shaped building will include a pool on a fourth-floor amenity deck. The buildings currently on the site will be demolished.
