Approved Mattapan Development Rejected by Zoning Board of Appeal
An approved development at 37 Wales Street has been rejected by the Boston Zoning Board of Appeals over concerns of parking and an increase in units from what was originally proposed.
The proposed income-restricted development would have provided 23 units to homeless populations transitioning back into the workforce. Heading Home won approval to develop the property in January.
