Artea At Southbank Celebrates Groundbreaking in Jacksonville, Fl
We broke ground with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority today on Artea at Southbank, a new $93 M transit-oriented multifamily development in Downtown Jacksonville’s urban core. Artea will offer 340 luxury apartment homes with studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans, a saltwater pool, clubhouse, fitness center, indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge, and three courtyards. Designed for an urban professional lifestyle with private workspaces, weekday happy hour service, and Ori Living Pocket Offices, Artea is scheduled to be complete in Summer 2025 and will provide convenient access to the JTA Skyway, downtown employment centers, sporting events, dining, and entertainment venues.
