Construction Tops Out at Artea at Southbank
Contractor Summit Contracting Group has announced that construction has topped out at Artea near Jacksonville's East San Marco neighborhood. Artea is a transit-oriented multifamily community developed in partnership with Jacksonville Transit Authority. The property will connect to the JTA San Marco Skyway rail station and new bike and pedestrian corridors. This multifamily property will have 340 units and a multilevel precast parking garage. Amenities include a swimming pool, rooftop amenity deck, dog park, and walking trails.
