Jacksonville Artea At Southbank To Possibly Start Construction In January 2023
The Artea At Southbank is a planned residential community that will be located at the intersection of Montana Avenue and Broadcast Place in Jacksonville, Fl. The project will feature a 4-story structure with 340 residential units and will offer amenities such as a swimming pool, 4-story parking garage, rooftop amenity deck, dog park, and walking trails. The development is estimated to cost around $75 million. Developers have selected Summit Contracting Group as the general contractor and could start construction as early as January 2023.
