Ascent St. Petersburg Begins Pre-Leasing
Pre-leasing is underway at Ascent St. Petersburg, a 36-story mixed-use tower downtown. A leasing center has opened at 212 2nd Street North. Ascent St. Petersburg is the tallest rental high rise in Tampa. When completed, it will hold 354 apartment units, a 172-key AC by Marriot hotel, and 6,800 square feet of retail space. Ground was broken in December 2020, and it topped out in April 2022. Completion is expected for May of 2023.
