Avison Young has listed 1100 6th Street Northwest, Washington, DC on behalf of an expert, local historic/adaptive use developer. The prime corner location is one block east of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center with good access to Metrorail and Metrobus. The project has received approvals from the WDC Zoning Commission, Advisory Neighborhood Council (ANC), Historic Preservation Review Board (HPB) and Office of Planning. Approved for a 7-story, 75-key model (±300 sf w/kitchenettes) with 4,000 sf of ground floor retail, a fitness room, and a rooftop deck. The current list price is $8,500,000.
