Bartlett Station F5 Lot Approved for Development
Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation received approval to redevelop the F5 lot at the former MBTA Bartlett Station. Plans call for a 44-unit, 5-story development featuring a 2,220 square foot community room for the benefit of all Bartlett Place residents and the Roxbury neighborhood. The project would also include a total of 26 parking spaces.
