Bethpage Development Site Trades for $51.2M
A 17-acre, Long Island development site, located at 600 Grumman Road West in Bethpage, has just been sold for $51.2 million.
The property was purchased by from aerospace firm and long-time previous owner, , in a deal brokered by JLL.
Two structures currently occupy the lot; an office building, and a former steam plant. Combined these total 229,000 square feet.
has plans to completely redevelop the property into a 239,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution complex. The project would cost approximately $106 million, but the company still needs to secure approval before construction can begin.
