BioMed Realty Acquires Xmbly Site for $163M
BioMed Realty has acquired the Xmbly site in Somerville for $163,022,379.00. In July, the project team won approval for changes to the development which will include a total of approximately 1,220,000 SF of office/lab/R+D within three distinct buildings, inclusive of approximately 80,000 SF of innovation space. The project also calls for nearly 25,000 square feet of retail space and parking for 1900 vehicles on site.
