BioTech Innovation Org. Leases 61K SF at 1201 New York Ave
The Biotechnology Innovation Organization has signed a lease for roughly 61,000 square feet of space at 1201 New York Ave. NW. The 13-story, 444,000 square foot building recently underwent a significant renovation including the addition of a rooftop terrace and fitness center. In a statement, BIO's COO Shaye Mandle said "the new BIO headquarters will serve as an inspiration for the future of innovation and our industries while providing our members with the comforts and experience of home while in Washington."
