Marx Realty Acquires 1307 New York Ave NW for $41.5M

1307 New York Ave NW was sold to Marx Realty for $41.5 mil. The realty group plans to spend another $41 mil to renovate the 106K sf office space that was originally built in 1923. Marx Realty managed to secure a $26 mil loan from Ares Commercial Real Estate Management along with the acquisition.
