Interior framing underway at The Lucas, condos over 90% sold
Reinforcement of the The Lucas’ historic Roxbury Puddingstone facade is complete, allowing for commencement of interior framing. The Lucas will feature 33 luxury condominium units; according to The Lucas’ website, over 90% of units are sold with only three remaining. The Lucas’ eight-story frame has risen five floors within the existing facade, with the glass rooftop addition soon to follow. The building’s concrete elevator cores have also risen five stories. Interior walls and floors have been framed within The Lucas’ five-story annex along Washington Street, and new wood roofing has been installed.
