Stonybrook mixed-use development in Egleston Square receives final approval
The Stonybrook, a new mixed-use development in Jamaica Plain's Egleston Square neighborhood, has been approved by the City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), allowing construction of the project to begin. The Stonybrook will be located a short walk to the MBTA Orange Line and will feature 40 condominium residences with 2,560 square feet of ground-floor retail. Construction of The Stonybrook is anticipated to commence in late 2017 or early 2018.
