New social services office building proposed in Egleston Square
Watermark Development is proposing to construct a 7-story, 139,200 square foot building at 1785 Columbus Avenue in Roxbury's Egleston Square with office space occupied by Horizons for Homeless Children and other social service programs. Construction of 1785 Columbus Avenue is anticipated to commence in the 4th quarter of 2017, with anticipated completion in the 2nd quarter of 2019. Watermark has filed plans for 1785 Columbus Avenue with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing these plans.
