Exterior finishing underway at the South End's The Lucas luxury condominiums
The steel addition at the centre of The Lucas' original church building has reached its' full height of 8 stories, and exterior finishes are being installed across the facade. The last steel beams are being installed at The Lucas' summit. Panelling has almost been fully installed at The Lucas' rear, and windows have been installed across the original restored church structure. Featuring 33 luxury condominium residences, The Lucas blends historic ecclesiastical architecture with contemporary design to create a unique and striking modern structure in Boston’s South End. 2 residences at The Lucas remain for sale.
