Concrete foundation taking shape at 14 West
Concrete has been poured along the base and sides of a large section of 14 West’s underground parking structure. Concrete exterior walls are being built at the west end of the parking structure using red one-sided brace frames. 14 West will be a 10-story, 49-unit luxury condominium building with a 350-seat restaurant on the ground floor.
