The Lucas vertical addition takes shape, three condos remain for sale
Interior and exterior structural work is well underway at The Lucas luxury condominiums, and the vertical addition to the existing South End church shell is beginning to take shape. Both of The Lucas’s elevator shafts are about to top off. Glass windows have been installed along much of the original church facade. Inside The Lucas, unit partitions and metal stud framing are taking shape. When complete, The Lucas will uniquely incorporate historic design elements into a striking modern structure.
