Boston Planning Announces Second Round of Applications and Funding for Mass Timber Program
The Boston Society for Architecture and the BPDA have announced another round of applications and funding for the Mass Timber Accelerator Program. Mass Timber is an environmentally friendly alternative to concrete used in structural development and vertical construction.
The second round of funding will focus on buildings taller than 9 stories. Awardees will receive $25,000 of financial assistance as well as technical assistance from WoodWorks.
