Boutique Mixed-Use Project Tops Out on the Upper West Side
General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 12-story, mixed-use building, going up at 760 Madison Avenue on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Developed by in collaboration with The Armani Group, the building is set to contain just luxury condo units.
These exclusive residences will sit atop a square foot, flagship boutique, for the Giorgio Armani fashion brand.
Designed by , 760 Madison Avenue will stand feet tall, and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by the summer of 2024.
