Window Installation Underway for Boutique Upper West Side Mixed-Use Project
General contractor, , is making significant progress on a 12-story, mixed-use building, going up at 760 Madison Avenue on Manhattan's Upper West Side. With much of the facade already in place, crews are now in the process of installing the windows.
Developed by in collaboration with The Armani Group, the building is set to contain just luxury condo units.
These exclusive residences will sit atop a square foot, flagship boutique, for the Giorgio Armani fashion brand.
Designed by , 760 Madison Avenue will stand feet tall, and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by the summer of 2024.
