BPDA approves 13 Shetland Street, 57 new apartments in Roxbury
The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved 13 Shetland Street, a new four-story residential building featuring 57 apartment residences, at last night’s board meeting. Seven residences at 13 Shetland Street will be designated affordable. Construction of the building is anticipated to commence this Fall, with completion expected at the end of 2018. 13 Shetland Street will require zoning relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) before proceeding with construction.
