Brookfield Properties Closes on Parcel I Site at the Yards for $35M
Brookfield has officially acquired Parcel I within The Yards Master Development for $35,008,830. The development team broke ground on the upcoming mixed-use project on the site this past fall. The project will include 379 apartments as well as 16,000 square feet of retail space and state-of-the-art amenities.
