Brooklyn Mixed-Use Project Given the Green Light
An application by for a Prospect Heights mixed-use development at 840 Atlantic Avenue has finally been approved. This will facilitate the construction of an story building with residential units, and square feet of retail space. Prior to the Mayor's stamp of approval, the project had to be reviewed by the Community Board, Borough President, City Planning Commission, and City Council. Now that zoning is taken care of, the general contractor can seek building permits, and get the ball rolling.
