Building Permit Application Filed for Tampa Heights Development
A local developer, Locai Capital, in a partnership with Pittsburgh-based developer Maifly Development, has submitted an application for a building permit with the City of Tampa for Tampa Heights. The project is a new mixed-use project in Tampa Heights that would add 320 apartment units. Located along Florida Avenue, just north of downtown Tampa, the seven-story building would also offer 11,000 square feet of retail space. The apartments would be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedrooms. A parking garage would include 593 parking spaces and a rooftop pool.
