Building Permit Issued for 50 Unit Affordable Project
A building permit has been issued for a 4-story multifamily project at 3450 Eads St. NE. Plans for the project call for 49 affordable units of varied sizes: 32 one-bedroom, 9 two-bedroom, and 8 family-oriented three-bedroom units. The building design will be consistent with traditional materials and patterns of the District of Columbia, and the building will be delivered to meet the PHIUS standards for energy performance.
