Building Permit Pulled for 400 Belgrade Project
A building permit has been pulled by project architect Nunes Trabucco to begin work on the 400 Belgrade project in West Roxbury. The $1.8M permit calls for the demo of the former gas station on the site and then the construction of a new 4-story 18 unit building. An underground parking garage will also be built on-site with 33 resident vehicle spaces.
