Building Permits Approved by FAA For 11 Andrews Project in Fort Lauderdale
On March 15th the Federal Aviation Administration granted permission for the planned 47-story mixed-use building to rise 496 feet above ground. The approval comes 9 months after building permits were originally filed in June 2022 and shows to expire in September 2024. 11 Andrews will bring 732,500 square feet of new construction and will feature 425 residential units, 7,400 square feet of commercial space, and a parking garage with over 400 parking spaces.
