Clarion Partners Acquires Tampa Logistics Center for $48.95 Million
New York-based Clarion Partners has acquired the newly constructed TIA Logistics Center for $48.95 million from Scannell Properties, according to Hillsborough County public records. The property, which was developed by Scannell Properties, was completed in August 2023. The property is just north of Tampa International Airport’s Air Cargo entrance. Located in an amenity-rich area, the property is near an abundance of hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls within a 10-mile radius. The building offers 245,000 SF of Class A industrial space with 64 dock-high doors, 2 ramps on either side of the building, 245 car parking spaces and 58 trailer parking spaces.
