Construction Moving Forward at The Nolen in Downtown St. Petersburg
Contractor is progressing at The Nolen, the tower crane is down, block work is complete through floor 23, framing is complete through floor 20, and the drywall is complete through floor 12. Located in the Northeast section of downtown St. Petersburg, The Nolen, a 23-story tower will feature 31 luxury condominium units and 1,260 square feet of ground level retail space. A parking garage, with space for 62 vehicles, will comprise the lowest three floors. Amenities on the fourth floor include a fitness center, club lounge, pool and spa, and outdoor terrace with fully equipped kitchen. The building on the site, the Bay Gables house, which has been operated as a bed & breakfast, was designated as a historic structure in 1994 and was relocated prior to construction.
