Commercial Building Nearing Completion at 110 Savin Hill Ave.
The commercial component of the mixed-use development along Savin Hill Ave. in Dorchester is nearing completion. Fit out is currently underway for a corner market and fitness studio set to open this spring. Around the corner on Sydney Street work is also wrapping up for the residential portion of the project that will feature 9 condos and parking for 13 cars.
