Concrete Crews Finalizing Structure for Koya Bay in North Miami Beach
Florida Concrete Unlimited Pumping, Placing and Finishing SuperMix Concrete material on an elevated deck at Koya Bay located in Miami-Dade County Florida for our client Valben Construction. FAA Unmanned Aircraft System Remote Pilot 4152748
Koya Bay is a luxury waterfront townhome community directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. The community features 10 four-story residences, each with a private elevator, expansive rooftop terrace and two-car garage with optional car lift. The gated community offers three, four and five-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 4,327-5,288 square feet.
Construction is slated for completion soon.
