Concrete Crews Laying Foundation For 36-Story Mixed-Use Project in Miami, Fl

Recently a tower crane was spotted at the construction site for the project called, Atlantic Station, also known as Block 45, and now crews have started working on the concrete foundation.
Atlantic Station broke ground in January 2023 and will feature a 36-story mixed-use building with 616 residential units, 98 of those being micro-units. There will also be 5,013 square feet of retail, 15,093 square feet of full-service restaurant space, 5,013 square feet of fast food restaurant space and an 8-story garage with 605 parking spaces.
