Concrete Team Begins Vertical Construction at The Wynwood Plaza in Miami
Concrete crews have been making progress at a 2.9-acre site located at 95 Northwest 29th Street in Wilton Manors, Fl. The Wynwood Plaza, also known as 29N started groundwork in February 2023 then celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony in March 2023, and now the project looks to have started going vertical with concrete foundation. The 964,963-square-foot mixed-use development will feature two interconnected structures of 8 and 12 stories and will offer 523 residential units, 26,372 square feet of commercial space, 200,618 square feet of office space and 668 parking spaces.
