Tower Crane Now on Site at Atlantic Station in Miami, Fl
Two construction cranes are planned to rise 450 feet above ground, and 302 feet above ground at the project site for Atlantic Station, formally known as Block 45. The first crane has recently been installed at 152 Northwest 8th Street in Miami, Fl.
Atlantic Station broke ground in January 2023 and will feature a 36-story mixed-use building with 616 residential units, 98 of those being micro-units. There will also be 5,013 square feet of retail, 15,093 square feet of full-service restaurant space, 5,013 square feet of fast food restaurant space and an 8-story garage with 605 parking spaces.
