Concrete Pour Completes at Emblem 125 in Rhode Island
Shawmut Design and Construction has completed a 650-cubic-yard concrete pour at Emblem 125 in Providence, with more than 1 mile of post-tension cables, 28.7 million pounds of concrete, and 720,000 pounds of rebar installed to date.
A Philadelphia-based developer is constructing a mixed-use project on Parcel 28 in Providence's Innovation District that includes 248 residential units and approximately 22,700-SF of retail space. The project broke ground in October of 2020 and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2022.
