Concrete Pouring Begins on 500 Boylston Plaza
Concrete pouring has commenced as crews pour planter beds for 500 Boylston's plaza renovations. Oxford Properties is planning a $10,000,000 renovation involving the removal of the plaza's columns. The work will make room for an open-air courtyard fit for outdoor dining and bars.
500 Boylston is a 706,862-square-foot complex that includes 641,503 square feet of office space, 65,359 square feet of exclusive retail space, and a 1,000-car parking facility shared with 222 Berkeley Street.
