Concrete Work Making Progress at 6 Stack Street in Hood Park
Landscape walls are now in place and concrete for the second floor amenity space has been poured at 6 Stack Street. The approved 6 Stack Street building plan consists of the redevelopment of an approximately 20-acre parcel of land, along Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown known as Hood Park. The revised project envisions a total of approximately 1,735,800 gross square feet of development spread among various buildings with a variety of uses including commercial, residential, hotel, and retail. A total of 1,465 vehicle parking spaces are proposed within the project site.
