Construction Continues at Trio Newton: Pre-Leasing Now Underway
Both exterior and interior work is ongoing at Trio in the heart of Newtonville with pre-leasing underway for expected move in this summer. The modern building will feature a total of 140 apartments along with 39,745 square feet of ground-floor retail space and an underground garage with 236 vehicle parking spaces and over 180 bicycle storage spaces. 110 surface parking spaces will also be provided for commercial patrons. Residents will have access to 2 roof decks, a private library/conference room, plus a fitness center with a yoga room and spin studio.
