Construction Continues on The Center West Apartments Phase 2
Crews are making progress on the exterior work and siding for the second phase of Center West Apartments. The exterior work includes a combination of hard siding and brick veneer. Located at 710 Watkins Centre Parkway in Midlothian VA, the project's second phase will add 3, 4 story buildings and provide 252 new apartment units. The units will be a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans and offer over 8,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, including a clubhouse, pool and fitness center. This phase will also bring a park and dog park to the development. Stay tuned for more details on this project.
