Groundwork Underway at Lake Taylor Pointe
The Lake Taylor Pointe project off of 64/264 is full of machinery getting the grounds prepped and ready for pads. The $43 million project will bring 198 apartment units to the neighborhood at 1080 Kempsville Rd. The apartments will offer a clubhouse that will include amenities such as a fitness center, resort-style pool, and community center. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
