Construction Going Vertical at Central Park St. Pete
A crane is on site as construction is going vertical at Central Park St. Pete. The five-level, 27,700-square foot food hall in downtown St. Petersburg, will offer seven quick-service food concepts on the main level, two full-service restaurants and several full-service bars. The hall will also include a basement speakeasy, rooftop full-service Asian restaurant and bar along with an events and creative arts space on the top level that will feature local performers and musicians. Located on Central Avenue at the site of the former Dome Grill, completion is expected at the end of 2023.
