Construction Loan Secured for 2 H Street in South Boston
H Street Associates, LLC has secured a construction loan from East Boston Savings Bank for $47,000,000 for 2 H Street in South Boston. The approved project calls for 135 residential units, 1,600 square feet of retail space, and 206 parking garage spaces.
The 3-story project will feature an interior courtyard and a south-facing garden space for residents.
