Construction Nearing Completion at Jacaranda Place
Construction crews are getting closer to completing Jacaranda Place. The exterior walls of the apartment buildings and clubhouse are complete. The new mid-rise apartment community in Port Charlotte will offer 88 new residential units. Jacaranda Place, located on Loveland Boulevard, will offer 46 one-bedroom and 42 two-bedroom units. The community is targeted for small families and people needing assistance/support which will be provided by on-site case managers. Community amenities feature a clubhouse with meeting/training rooms, a pool, laundry facility and onsite parking. Completion is anticipated in Fall 2022.
