Construction Progressing at Mixed-Use Development in Miami
Construction crews are making progress at Northside Village, a mixed-use development in Miami. The exterior finishing is being applied. The development will include residential, retail and storage space. The 152 apartments will be contained in two five-story story buildings that will include 23,000 square feet of ground level retail space. A four-story storage building will offer 123,000 square feet of space. The 5.17-acre site will provide 272 parking spaces.
