Construction Progressing at Peninsula Sarasota on Golden Gate Point
Vertical construction is moving along at Peninsula Sarasota on Golden Point in downtown Sarasota. There is a crane on site, the stem walls are being completed and the north and south columns are being installed. The new condominium community is planned to include 23 residences across two buildings connected by a common amenity platform and gated parking garage below. The buildings are designed with one or two residences per floor, overlooking Sarasota Bay, Marina Jack and the downtown skyline. Amenities at the pet friendly community include a resort style pool, state of the art fitness center, rooftop residents’ lounge, and community room for events. The buildings on the site have been demolished.
