Construction Progressing at Spring Hill Suites in Downtown Tampa
The frame is complete and crews are working on finishing the exterior at the Spring Hill Suites under construction in downtown Tampa. SpringHill Suite guests can take in the beautiful fusion of form and function with its inviting modern décor, enhanced by a partnership with West Elm. Efficient, functional spaces are created with sustainability in mind in a neutral palette for optimum relaxation. A complimentary hot breakfast, exquisitely designed guest suites with built-in modern tech add-ons and a state-of-the-art workout studio create the perfect escape for families and business professionals. The hotel will feature 169 hotel rooms with a restaurant fronting Franklin Street. Completion is expected in 2023.
